Fulfillment Coordinator

About the role:

Responsibilities:

• Handling product movement in/out of inventory
• Picking, Packing & Shipping orders
• Monitoring inventory levels.
• Maintaining a clean and organized space.
• Providing clear communication to management regarding product levels and other needs.
• Assisting in inventory moves, cleaning space, vacuuming, and returning product to inventory.
• Ability to process information or products through the computer system and the multiple layers of cloud-based programs.
• Supporting sales associates in maximizing the sale process for customers
• Assisting in the completion of daily projects while keeping the focus on the customer experience
• Demonstrating awareness and adherence to Inventory Control, safety standards, and all other Company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or greater. Formal education in electronics is preferred, but not required
• 2+ years of Logistics and/or Operations experience
• Strong Knowledge of the Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull, and lift weights ranging between 5-30 pounds
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers via email to deliver an elevated experience
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience communicating to multiple departments
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and figure out complex issues
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and identify trends that impact organizational goals
• Experience with computers, online communication systems (such as Slack), and using spreadsheets (used for tabulation of test results or other documentation)

Projected Compensation Range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience.
